Erica Korman is a Miami based “Life Expert,” combining her expertise in the fields of Psychotherapy, Nutrition, Life Coaching, and Meditation, working with her clients to help them become the happiest and best version of themselves! She inspires them to make life-long changes in their mind/body/spirit to achieve these goals. Erica created the 3H Method – helping clients become healthy, healed and ultimately happy!
Erica has been in private practice for 12+ years, since graduating with her Master’s from NYU Graduate School and a 2 years post-master’s advanced training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from NYU School of Medicine’s Psychoanalytic Institute. She has previously worked as a therapist and/or supervisor at various hospitals and clinics in Manhattan including: New York’s Foundling Hospital, Gracie Square Hospital, Greenwich House Substance Abuse Clinic, Safe Space Mental Health Center, Parallax Center, and Postgraduate Center for Mental Health.
Erica Meditates daily, incorporating it into the work with her clients. She treats the whole person working with the mind/body/spirit connection. She is a strong believer in Positive Psychology, using it as well as the Law of Attraction in her work. Her goal is for her clients to achieve their goals while feeling their own personal state of happiness and inner-peace.
Erica has been quoted as an expert in various publications such as The New York Post, Star Magazine, and Life and Style Weekly while making TV appearances on MSNBC and TLC‘s “Strange Addiction”.
